How to Purchase ABSTRAX® Products
Purchasing ABSTRAX® products via our Webstore is very easy. You can easily check out as Guest or simply create an account with ABSTRAX®. We would advise that you create an account to make your online shopping experience easier. With an account, you can easily track your purchase and trace your package status.
To order, all you need to do is the followings:
Step 1: Sign In / Register for ABSTRAX® WebStore Account via our WebStore http://shop.abstraxjingga.com
1.1 Click Create New Account
1.2 Fill in your personal information details (Personal Information & Billing Address). Make sure you fill up the details with aesterisk (*)
1.3 Once completed, click Sign up Now. Don't forget to tick the Subscribe to ABSTRAX® Newsletter.
1.4 You can also sign in using your Facebook Account if you wish.
Step 2: Once signed up, check your email inbox to verify and complete the ABSTRAX® account registration. Simply click the link in the email.
Step 3: Once clicked, you will get a prompt response saying your ABSTRAX® account is verified.
3.1 Congratulations! You already completed your registration. Kindly use the account when buying all ABSTRAX® products.
3.2 Now you can sign in to your ABSTRAX® account. Insert your email address and password you set earlier in the registration.
3.3 In your ABSTRAX® account, you can see your personal details, view previous order. This section will allow you to modify Personal Info, Shipping Info, Change Password, Your Wish Info.
Step 4: Now, find the ABSTRAX® products you want to purchase. To view the sizing chart, click View Sizing Chart. Select Product Option (Sizes) then insert the amount details. You can zoom in to the product by panning on your mouse across the product image. Click Enlarge if you want to see the enlarged images.
4.1 Select the sizes and correct quantity. The system will automatically show the current stock of the product whether it is Available or Out of Stock. Complete all the details (Sizes/Quantity) and once complete, click Add to Cart.
4.2 View your Shopping Cart, make sure that you get all the items you want to purchase in your cart. Click Continue Shopping if you wish to add other products/accessories. Make sure you click Update Cart. You can also remove items that you want to cancel by pressing the remove link.
4.3 Insert Discount Code and click Apply if you have any discount code. Discount codes are given by ABSTRAX® during special promotion, holidays etc. Stay in touch with ABSTRAX® for more discount codes.
4.4 Click Proceed to Checkout when ready.
4.2 Then you'll be prompted to the Checkout Process Page. Here, you need to make sure that all personal information and shipping address details are correct. Your billing address is your shipping address. If you wish to ship the product to another different shipping address, tick Ship to Another Address box. If not, leave it untick.
4.3 Then insert your prefered payment method. You can pay via Maybank2U Pay, Direct Bank in via Maybank/CIMB/RHB. Our payment gateway for credit and debit card is in progress. Should be good to go in February 2015.
4.4 Select Your Payment Method, if you wish to transfer, bank in. Click Direct Bank In. Click Next when done.
4.5 Select Your preferred Shipping Method. We advice all customers to tick PosLaju (Domestic). It normally takes 1-3 business days to get the item delivered. Our standard shipping cost in RM10 for all West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak).
4.6 Click Next
4.7 The summary of the puchase will be displayed. Kindly make sure all details are correct.
4.8 Click Next
4.9 In Check Out Payment Page, you'll be prompted with a Terms and Conditions page regarding where the necessary account number and instructions on where to upload the payment slip or email info. The account number displayed will be based on the Payment Method selected during the Payment Method page.
Then, Click Confirm Your Purchase to proceed with the order.
Step 5: In Check Out Confirmation Page, you'll received a prompt page that says that your order has been received. All the order details has been emailed to you. Now, check your email inbox that you registered with ABSTRAX®.
5.1 In your email inbox, you'll receive a confirmation email saying that your order has been received by ABSTRAX®. All you need to do now is to complete the payment by transfer the money to the respective account via IBG transfer or simply deposit cash at the Cash Deposit kiosk or over the counter. Follow the instructions on how to upload the payment slip in your ABSTRAX® WebStore account or you can just email email@example.com the payment slip as proof of payment.
5.2 Email ABSTRAX® firstname.lastname@example.org the payment slip together with the Order Reference No. P00000XXXX for easy processing.
5.3. Wait till ABSTRAX® respond to your email. Our ABSTRAX®WebStore staff will process the order, verify payment and upon verification of payment. ABSTRAX® will send you an email to confirm your order and the status of your orders will then be processed.
5.4 It takes about 1-2 business days to process all orders. All orders will be processed on a first come first served basis.
5.5 ABSTRAX® will send you the tracking number when your orders are ready to ship.
5.6 ABSTRAX® will send you the tracking number upon shipment. Pos Laju Shipping takes 1-3 business days. You can trace and track the package using the tracking number via Pos Laju Trace & Track Website (Link).
